We take our responsibility for disabled access very seriously. If you feel there is anything could do to enhance the shopping experience for disabled patrons, please get in touch with centre management.

- Multi-Story Parking
  Covered disabled parking spaces in the adjoined multi-story car park.
- Street Parking
  Disabled parking spaces at the main door on the high street (time restrictions apply, no parking between 12pm-3pm).
- Lifts
  Lifts & escallators to all levels.
- Accessibility filter
  Find the easiest access to shops using the accessibility filter on our store listings page.
- Fife Shopmobility
  Shopmobility is a scheme to lend manual and powered wheelchairs and electric scooters. Shopmobility services are available to anyone and users do not need to be registered disabled. You can call direct on 01383 661455.
- Toilets
  Lower Level:
  Male / Female toilets between The Body Shop and Shopmobility.
  Male / Female and Disabled toilets next to Dunfermline Arts Club near the Queen Anne Street entrance.
  
  Upper Level:
  -Male, Female and Disabled toilet facilities plus baby changing located opposite H&M Kids.
